Route Engineering
Detailed route survey, right-of-way acquisition support, geotechnical investigation and environmental impact assessment for new pipeline corridors.

Pipeline Design
Full detailed engineering including pipeline design calculations, pipe stress analysis, cathodic protection design and material specifications to ASME, API and DIN standards.

Construction
Mechanised and manual pipeline construction including clearing, grading, trenching, welding, coating repair, backfilling and surface reinstatement.

NDE & Testing
Non-destructive examination of all girth welds — radiography, ultrasonic testing — followed by hydrostatic pressure testing to verify pipeline integrity.

Valve Stations
Design and construction of block valve stations, scraper stations, pressure regulation facilities and associated civil, mechanical and instrumentation works.

Integrity Management
