Divcon Completes HSE Training Programme for 80 Engineers and Technicians
Divcon Engineering Limited recently concluded a comprehensive Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) training programme that saw 80 of its engineers, project managers and field technicians receive updated training across a range of critical safety topics.
The two-week programme covered hazard identification and risk assessment, permit-to-work systems, working at height, confined space entry, fire prevention and emergency response, and the use of personal protective equipment.
All participants who successfully completed the programme received internationally recognised HSE certificates that will remain valid for three years. The training was delivered by a team of experienced HSE professionals with backgrounds in the oil & gas industry.
"Safety is not just a policy at Divcon — it is a culture," said the HSE Manager. "Investing in regular training ensures that every member of our team has the knowledge, skills and awareness to protect themselves and their colleagues on every worksite, every day."
This latest training programme brings the total number of Divcon staff who have received formal HSE training to over 500 — a milestone that reflects the company's ongoing commitment to building a world-class safety culture.
