As Nigeria's oil & gas industry continues to evolve under the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Development Act, Divcon Engineering Limited stands as a proud example of what genuine Nigerian Content development looks like in practice.

Since its founding in 2003, Divcon has been committed to developing and deploying Nigerian engineering talent, sourcing materials and equipment from Nigerian suppliers wherever possible, and building the technical capability of the local workforce through training and mentorship programmes.

Today, Divcon's workforce is over 95% Nigerian — comprising skilled engineers, project managers, HSE professionals, technicians and support staff who have been trained, developed and given the opportunity to build meaningful careers in the engineering sector.

"Nigerian Content is not just a regulation for us — it is a philosophy," said the Managing Director. "We believe in the ability of Nigerian engineers and tradespeople to deliver world-class engineering work. Our entire business model is built on developing and deploying that talent."

Divcon Engineering continues to actively engage with the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) and is committed to increasing its Nigerian Content performance year-on-year across all project categories.
